Terms & Conditions
Pricing: All prices exclude membership fees, which are applied on sign up.

Commitment Period: A minimum 12- month commitment applies. Early termination requires at least 4 weeks’ written notice.
Early Termination: If you choose to end your contract early, any treatments and benefits already received and products purchased will be recalculated at their full standard rate. The difference between what you’ve paid and the full cost of treatments and products will be calculated, and a final settlement will be made accordingly - whether a balance is owed by you or due back to you. If a balance is due back to you, this will revert to clinic credit, eligible to spend on any clinic treatments and products. Additional $99 administration fee applies.
Discount Exclusions: Injectable treatments are not eligible for discounts.
Treatment Expiry: All treatments must be used within 12 months of sign up.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Due to carefully curated treatment spacing, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Sessions missed without sufficient notice will be forfeited,.

Missed Appointments: If you are unable to attend and it is within the 24-hour window, you may gift your session to a friend. They must attend at the originally scheduled time.
